Sympatico founded ASCWeekly.com which grew into Stim.TV after twenty-eight weeks of running tournaments. As an online business owner with a background in web development and project management he wanted to contribute something to the Starcraft 2 community and eSports in a way he knew how. Focusing on all levels of play from bronze right up to pro-gaming has been a focus for him since day one.

High production value through web design, animated stream overlays/graphics, and video production is and will always remain a focal point for Sympatico. Originally, he only began casting ASCWeekly events out of necessity due to not having anyone else when the organization came into existence. It quickly became a passion however, and provides huge amounts of energy and enthusiasm to his casts.


Tumba

Like most people, Tumba became interested in Starcraft 2 and eSports as a fan. With his work ethic and desire to completely immerse himself in everything he does, he became an avid user and large content provider on the then fledgling website Wellplayed.org. He contacted ASCWeekly to setup a community driven tournament event and his involvement with the ASCWeekly quickly grew from there.

Tumba is a passionate caster that provides equal parts excitement and knowledge to his broadcasts. He quickly became a mainstay on the Stim.TV streams from the regular weekly events straight up to the pro-gamer show matches and is one member of the community dubbed the casting Archon that is “Tumbatico”. He also has done wonders for Stim.TV in regards to relationship building with other organizations and sponsorship opportunities which cemented his lead role with Stim.TV

Vorapsak

Role: Caster, Programmer

Vorapsak began his run with ASCWeekly as many staff members did. As a player. He contacted Sympatico after a public call for volunteers and help. From there, Vorapsak has assisted in almost every way that you could think of. Including custom coding the brackets and check-in system that enabled the ASCWeekly to run so smoothly and become so successful, putting them head shoulders above the competition.

Vorapsak has also casted many ASCWeekly and Stim.TV events, contributing his tremendous amounts of game knowledge and general eSports awareness. He also initiates any new staff member through hysterical wit, charm, and sarcasm – generally without the person even knowing that it’s even happening.

Sleepercells also began his involvement with ASCWeekly / Stim.TV as a player from very early on in – his week to week dedication to the tournaments as a player and a fan quickly earned a spotlight on him and the endearing nickname “pretty pink protoss”. He joined the organization primarily as an admin but his casting skills were quickly recognized and not long after he became a mainstay on Stim.TV’s stream.

 

Noobymcnoob Sympatico Role: Observer, Caster

Nooby has been around since the days of ASCWeekly before the transition into StimTV. Starting off as a player, and then lending his skills as a streamer and more importantly as the best observer on the StimTV crew. Fans of StimTV are familiar with Nooby’s smooth and precise observing, always able to catch everything happening in the game, even if sometimes the casters don’t. Despite sometimes playing awful 80′s music on stream, he is a beloved and often tormented member of the team due to his creepy voice voice asking us if we want to play marine arena.
Darkenedlite

This John Travolta look-a-like joined the Stim.TV staff due to the organization wanting to put more of a focus on content outside of its own tournaments. Starcraft 2 and eSports coverage were put in the spotlight,and Darkenedlite’s skills as an author, journalist, and editor were quickly recognized and put to use.

Darkenedlite’s game knowledge and casting abilities are also put to use as often as possible and amazing observer skills have earned him the love of all stream viewers with his brilliant in-game map awareness and smooth control.

Leah B. JacksonSympatico

Leah Jackson is a games editor with G4TV.com, where she specializes in covering the competitive gaming and community scene. Over her tenure at G4, she has covered the biggest tournament events around the nation, produced and hosted an eSports summit with prolific members of different gaming communities, and interviewed the creators of the next generation of eSports games. She also loves Corgis.
Matt "Daq" WiltshireSympatico Role: Host: Behind The Screens

Gaming is not just something Daq does for fun, he lives and breathes it.  His experience in radio and live performance is a valuable addition to the expertise of the Stim.tv staff.  He is currently a co-host of Stim.tv’s Behind the Screens.

Daq’s former projects have included two radio shows (Daq’s Show About Video Games, and The Weekly Nerd), an auctioneering series on the Rift fan-site RiftCore, and numerous papers and articles on the history and future of gaming.

Lmoestar Sympatico Role: Streamer

Moe has become a good friend of StimTV, hanging out and helping out wherever need be. Always ready at a moment’s notice when things hit the fan. A great observer, and the ability to pinch hit on just about any duty required of him makes him an invaluable member of the StimTV team. Being a huge fan of Starcraft 2 and eSports in general, Moe loves to randomly interject what is going on his ladder games in the midst of MLG viewing parties, political discussions, balance discussions, team meetings, emotional support of another member, and well – just about anything.
